Since launching GillGraphics in 2011, I’ve been fortunate to work with hundreds of clients across the UK, delivering creative and strategic solutions in marketing, web design, graphic design, and branding. For over a decade, I poured my heart into building the business—often working 80+ hour weeks—driven by a passion for helping others grow.

In 2023, everything changed in the best way possible: my daughter Harriette was born. I made the decision to step back from the intense pace of agency life to become a stay-at-home dad and spend this precious early time with her. It’s been a once-in-a-lifetime chapter I’ll always cherish.

Originally, plans were in place for the GillGraphics team to take over the business, followed by a transition to an external buyer. Unfortunately, due to unforeseen financial setbacks on their end, the sale didn’t go through. In the meantime, I continued supporting longstanding clients behind the scenes and remained active in offering advice and services where needed.

Now, I’m excited to share the launch of my new venture: Paul Gill Consulting. This new chapter allows me to continue doing what I love—supporting individuals and businesses in their growth—through marketing, web and graphic design, hosting, and consultancy. Building on over 15 years of industry experience and more than 8 years as a business mentor and consultant, I’ve helped over 200 individuals develop their businesses and personal goals. This new business brings all that experience together under one clear and focused brand.
